Building strong and meaningful relationships with families and children are key to supporting kindergarten children’s wellbeing. The kindergarten pride themselves on building connections with children as well as between the kindergarten and home environments.<\/p>\n

Staff take an active roll in building strong relationships with families. Families are the best resource staff have to ensure educators are best positioned to know each child,\u00a0 allowing a tailored program to be developed to meet children’s individual needs and support their development.<\/p>\n

Children are engaged in play, where they can build relationships with staff and other children, learning how to interact and share their ideas.<\/p>\n
